Online Registration
Participants are given the opportunity to register for the congress and social events via the following link: Online-Registration. Please follow the instructions on the website carefully. Online-Registration is only possible for individual bookings (no group registrations) payment has to be made by credit card. Alternatively, please return the enclosed registration form together with your payment until 13 December 2006 (reduced registration fee).

What's Included?
The registration fee for participants includes admission to all parts of the congress, congress bag, Final Programme, Abstract CD, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception as well as access to the commercial exhibition.

On-site Registration
The registration desk at the International Congress Center Munich will be open during the following hours:

Saturday, 31 March 07.30 – 18.30
Sunday, 1 April 07.00 – 18.00
Monday, 2 April 07.00 – 18.00
Tuesday, 3 April 07.00 – 15.30

On-site registrations will be accepted but cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents. Please arrive early if you wish to register on-site.

Group Registration
In order to make a group registration please send us by email an excel sheet with all the participants information together with your postal address and contact details. Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant.

Payment of Fees
All fees for congress registration and social events should be paid in EUR to the Administrative Secretariat 17th ECCMID / 25th ICC, clearly stating the participant's name and address. Payment can be effected either by bank transfer (free of charge) to UBS AG, Basel, Account No. 233-503.010.47B (IBAN no. CH45 0023 3233 5030 1047B, Swift Code UBSWCHZH80A), by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank cheque.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 20 February 2007 to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel, Switzerland. After this date no refund will be possible.
For any change of names, a fee of EUR 30 will be charged. On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged with EUR 10.
